Terms of Use

1. Acceptance. By accessing theworldmural.com you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) and hold a valid Google account to publish.

3. Account. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and for keeping your Google credentials safe.

4. User content. You keep the ownership of what you write and grant The World Mural a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute your message on the mural and in service-related promotional material. You warrant that you own the necessary rights over the content you publish.

5. Moderation. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate the Rules, applicable law or third-party rights, at our sole discretion.

6. Availability. The service is offered “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, The World Mural is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, nor for content published by users.

8. Advertising. Pages may contain Google AdSense advertising. Advertisers do not receive your identity from us.

9. Termination. You may delete your account at any time in “My panel”. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly breach these Terms.

10. Applicable law. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the courts of São Paulo/SP elected as the competent forum, without prejudice to consumer rights under your local legislation.
